Purpose
Pinnacle Plumbing & Construction may process personal information supplied through phone or email communications for legitimate business purposes such as responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, communicating about projects and maintaining business records.
Website enquiry form
The website project brief builder does not submit information to a website database. It composes an email on the visitor’s own device. Information is only sent once the visitor chooses to send it through their email provider.
Types of information
Information may include names, company details, phone numbers, email addresses, site or project information and correspondence relevant to a requested service.
Security and retention
Reasonable measures should be used to protect business correspondence and personal information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Information should be retained only as long as required for the business purpose or applicable legal obligations.
